| Check the daily labor schedule to make sure you have enough staff to run the shift. | |
| Send the Last Week Labor Report to your District Manager. | |
| Make sure the GREEN BAG has been sent with the trucks to the Main Office. | |
| Perform CrunchTime Alcohol inventory. | |
| Send the Daily Inventory - AM. | |
| Perform CrunchTime Reconciler according to your delivery date. | |
| Make the general inspection check list of the restaurant. | |
